Online orders for physical products are currently available for Canada and the United States only.
If you live outside North America and would like to order a physical item, please contact me before placing your order so I can confirm whether shipping is available to your location and provide an accurate shipping cost.
International shipping rates can vary greatly, and any customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, postal service, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond my control.
For pre-order items, the expected delivery or fulfillment timeframe will be noted on the product page. If your order includes a pre-order item, it will ship once that item is available unless otherwise arranged.

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe and shipped according to the available shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates only. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside my control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damage caused during transit. However, if there is a concern with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
For tarot reading services: readings are provided for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They should not be considered legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If you have a concern about your order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can review the situation with you.
Physical products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. I recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as I cannot issue a refund for items that are not received back or that are damaged during return shipping.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Digital products or downloadable items
• Gift cards
• Services that have already been provided, including completed tarot readings
• Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not returned in their original packaging
I reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet the return conditions.
